At via Violante Education Coaching, empowering people in education is central. Teachers, teaching teams, and school leaders work with great commitment and responsibility every day. Sometimes, there's a need for reflection, renewed energy, or practical tools to move forward with confidence. Our coaching and training programs address this need.

As a coach and trainer, I support education professionals in their professional and personal development. Together, we explore what's going well, where the friction lies, and what's needed to work with greater enjoyment, peace, and effectiveness. We always stay close to the practice, with a focus on ownership, collaboration, and sustainable development.

Whether it concerns individual coaching, team-oriented programs or inspiring meetings at school: the goal is to create movement and permanently embed development in daily education.
